No.

Matt Kenseth will.

If not Matt, Jimmie Johnson will.

If not Jimmie, Kasey Kahne will.

If not Kasey, well... you get the idea.....

Mark Martin won't.

No.. Mark Martin isn't working the completed NEXTEL CUP time table, for this reason will maximum probable no longer be in the CHASE FOR THE CUP come the twenty 6th race. If I had to %. a pair of early birds... i might say Jeff Gordon suitable now could be #one million @ winning it.. and 2nd %. might in all likelihood be Stewart... i'm no longer partial to that 20 vehicle yet he's on a roll and looks like he might get his third identify earlier than envisioned.

Unfortunately, as much as I would love to see Mark get his..I'm not sure it will happen. He's in the running, and he's got a good chance, and the team has been consitent this year..The problem.. there is a couple more teams that have been consitently at the top, and higher than him. He's got some serious work cut out for him if he will win. However, I think that is one guy that the other 42 woudn't mind losing too.

Mark Martin has a great shot at winning this year. I certainly hope he does as he deserves it. What a great guy. You got to admire a man like that. A true family man and a great race car driver. I don't want him to retire but we have Matt to look foward to. Just a young version of Mark. Go #6!

Mark has finished 2nd in the points standing numerous times, but since we now have "the chase" (which I still don't like) I think Mark has a good chance this year. He's running very consistent and if he can just do that in the final 10 races, even if he doesn't win one, he can take it all.

Hope not. He is a grumpy old man. Whines constantly. Griped a week ago about finishing 9th. Lots of drivers would like to have finished there. Doesn't like being number 5 on the talent scale at Roush. If Roush wins, hope it is Matt or Carl.

mark is a good driver, but the fact that he might win the cup is questionable. it would be cool for it to happen that way, it being his last year and all, but he has his work cut out for him. i would love to see #8 take it this year, after his bad luck last season, but again, i don't think it will happen. its hard to tell right now who will win it, won't know untill the last 10 races.
