The Gräfenberg spot is located about a couple of finger knuckle lengths inside the vagina on the anterior (upper) wall. It is easily identified as a slightly raised area and of coarser texture than the adjacent tissue.

2 inches up inside the front of vagina. put 2 fingers in, palm of hand towards u, and feel for a bumpy or ruff spot. use a little pressure .can be hard to find but wen u do WOW! she'll deffinately let u know!

On a women it is about 2-3 inches inside her vagina on the top side (belly botton side) you can feel it by a different in texture
On the man about 2-3 inches up his rectum.

LOL, I'm a female and I don't even know. I've always wondered though. I figured it had to do with when a female orgasms but I have no idea of it's actual location. I'll have to check back to see if you get the answer!
