I use zabasearch.com I have found someone my dad used to be friends with 20 years ago and apparently the number wasnt supposed to be listed. But I got it. All i knew was his first and last name. And its FREE!!

Just serach on google with whatever information you have. if that person uses internet and has some information its likely to be found. If not use some of the white pages service if you know where they live.

Try Yahoo! Search. They can help quite a bit with even just a little bit of information.

I would try just typing their name in on google, or yahoo.
