It's always a good idea to use the turn signal when changing lanes, especially when moving over to the right. That's because of the "blind spot;" you can't always see a vehicle behind and to the right. Also, don't change lanes fast. Move over slowly, so if there is a vehicle in the blind spot, the driver will honk the horn and you can react before there is a collision.

Everytime I pass someone or get over into another lane... sometimes I don't in a turning lane because i figure this lane is turning this way, so you should know that Ill be going that way

I do and I have been driving for 18 years and have never had an accident. God and my guardian angel have been watching over me or just good driving habits.

i do most of the time. you're supposed to (i took Driver's Ed about a year ago), but a lot of people don't.
