Where is "yellow mountain" Nebraska? As in the song Wildfire by Micheal murphey?

It seems that it might not exist. Certainly, I have been unable to find anything about it. On his website, Murphey states "And let’s not forget that his biggest hit, "Wildfire", was about a mysterious dream horse on the vast American heartland prairie. While others sang about the urban street life and hip discos, Murphey was singing about the stark beauty of the "dark, flat land" of Nebraska." I suspect that the location was as fictional as the horse.

There is a Yellow Mountain in SW Colorado, I like to think that the she rides her ghost horse into western Nebraska to take her lover back home to the Rockies (and leave sod busting behind)

When the sun hits Scottsbluff it will look yellow and sometimes turn golden ususally in the early morning with a dark blue sky, (Personal experience, sorry no photos.)
