which word are statements,interrogative,exclamation or comand?
these are the words ever,paper,hard,near,sentence,and better.

I am afraid we are missing something here. It is not word which can be statements, commands, questions, and exclamations instead it is sentence which are of statements, commands, questions, and exclamations type. However some time one word or couple of word can be sentence but for that you need a complete sentence.

So now coming to your question - what you are looking for, are you looking for what kind of sentence it is or you are looking where these words are mostly used in i.e. in statement, question or so.

Statements, interrogatives, exclamations and commands are all types of sentences.

Hard is an adjective.
Paper is a noun but could be used as a command
Near is an adverb, but could be used as a command.
Sentence is a noun and a verb and could be use as a command.
