Seems a lot of kids are being pulled around for adult issues.

I think the Boy Scouts can certainly state that no leader be gay. This is a boy's club to teach them to be better men. It is their right to pick and choose who leads them.
I think clubs (any club) should be able to decide what criteria is needed to become involved. From THAT they can't discriminate. But, if they say, no gays......then gays can't sue them to get in.

Scout leaders should not be openly gay.
And they have the right to say that.

They don't want gay leaders, and the atheist want them to take God out of the oath.
