i had sex a week ago. i took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. is it to early or am i just not pregnant? i dont have any symptoms except being tired and hungry all the time. what are the chances that i can get pregnant? i had an abortion when i was 16 im 20 now. can that affect my chances? please help.

i wouldn't worry about the abortion too much. my wife's situation was simular before we had our first. he came out strong as a bear. wait to miss a period if you don't get pregnant. i suggest two things ejaculation after your mate this increases the odds significantly ,and two keeping your legs in the air after he has done so. it worked for us we are on our third pregnacy right now. all praise is due to God.

it could take 28 to 35 days after intercoarse to be having the hormone to be detected by one of those tests, and you could just be tired and hungry because you are stressed and anxious you are just as likely, if you had a safe surgical style by a doctor abortion, to get pregnant again wish for you the best with whatever you want God bless hope this helps you..

you can take pregnancy tests based on your expected period. You can take a pregnancy test as early as 2 or 3 days before your period is due.

It takes four days for the egg to become fertilized and you usually can't tell until about four weeks. Be patient.
