Where is the power steering fluid reservoir located in a 1991 chevrolet caprice?

Follow the belts away from the middle of the engine, it will be located one of the sides. It is black and will have a high pressure and low pressure hose going into and out of it. It is the only item attached to a belt that has a cap.

Should be on the right hand side if your looking at the front of the car. It's black, plastic, with a belt going to it. The cap has a dipstick attached to it.
