It really does help a lot, I'd give it a 10. When women get older their uterus can tilt or even fall and doing the kegel's can help prevent that.
It also makes it easier to push the baby out. I did them with my first 2 and both only took 3 pushs. I didn't with my last (stupid me) and I had to push about 300 times. Trust me, that's not something you want stuck!
Go ahead and do them, they're really simple and you can even do them in the car. No one knows you're doing it. Plus, like the other's said, it does help your sex life after the delivery. Good luck

10 very important- along with perineum massage to help stretch the skin- do this, do anything to avoid epesiotomy! An epesiotomy is harder to recover from than a tear.

I heard it helps relax the muscle more. To me i didnt really feel any different. But it does help out after the baby comes. Its good for sex, try it during sex, trust me he'll notice.

I don't think it helps at all. It helps with your sexual life after the delivery.
