I have had a couple, but the latest one was a month ago where I jumped out of my to help seperate two fighting dogs. The owner of the pit bull took off running , leaving her dog there which had a black lab locked by the throut. The owner of the lab had been bitten on his arm, and was distressed and desparately trying to pull his dog from the pitbull's jaws. I somehow was able to choke the pit with his collar until it finally released the lab. Then I calmed the pit and held it until the owner came back and took it home.
I didn't think twice, and felt very good about helping a stranger and his beloved "Snickers" from being further injured. My 10 year old son was in the car with me and yelled at me for doing something so crazy, and that he was scared I was gonna be hurt. But then he said I was like a superhero.

i decided to pack up my stuff and move to another state all by myself!

i didn't know a single person and had no job or anything...

i guess i did it just to...
i dunno... to see if i could make it without anyone or any support network or whatever...

it was so amazing, i found a place, got a job, met amazing people...

so know i always have the security of knowing that if i have to, i can make it.

i dunno... it probably sounds really lame... but to me, it was everything..

what about you?
