Central St MArtins School of Design in London has a fab Jewellry design department. Either check out their website, or pay them a visit. Alternatively, there seems to be a lot of it around in Brighton, so someone somewhere is making it. I would suggest going down to some of the stalls set up in the old town and give them a grilling (as I doubt they have websites.)

try hobbycraft... you can find out if their is a store near you by going to www.hobbycraft.co.uk they have a store pretty much everywhere now. They also have beads etc.. to make your jewellery so take a bank loan before you go as you can't help but spend a fortune!
