The only thing I've agreed with was how he treated the dancer who bruised her foot. He's letting her come back next season (so there IS going to be a next season!) at exactly the same point that she's leaving. That was cool. And maybe when he's mean to people that deserve it, like that guy with the mink.

BUT....in general he's being too cruel. And I was surprised that Mary (ballroom teacher) was trying to match him in terms of viciousness--both have been making remarks that aren't really professional, more like they WANT something violent or tragic to happen. Well, as Nigel says keeps reminding us, he's the executive producer and he wants an exciting show. Wasn't he a bit more human and less cartoon evil-ish last season?

no. he wants to be simon and just like simon probably can't sing, he probably can't dance.
