Get a temporary henna tattoo first and see what happens. They last for about two weeks.

Girl do not respond to personal e-mail addresses saying they are the same age or going through the same thing as you, the Internet has about a million paedophiles on at all times and are just itching to meet a fifteen year old girl and will try to identify anyway possible so they can figure out how they can meet you or even hurt/kill you.

DO NOT GO HOME MADE!
Think what you really want and remember when you are in a nursing home (many years from now), the people that will be showering, shaving and changing you will also get to read see and even maybe act upon it.
I think that you also have to evaluate how much you respect your parents and how you think that they will respond.

I JUST RE-READ YOUR QUESTION AND NOTICE THAT IT SAID YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE... I HOPE IT WAS FROM A PROFESSIONAL AND IF NOT I WOULD GO TO YOUR DOCTOR AND GET TESTED FOR AIDS.

The global has misplaced a real and infrequent famous person within the kind of Michael Jackson. Never has there been such an strong skillability as him. His skillability and fan base has been in comparison to that of The Beatles and Elvis, however i feel its reasonable to mention that he's a legend a lot higher than some other band or artist. His songs had been real influential to the track global and set a normal so prime that not anything on account that has fairly in comparison. There has been no different artist who has accomplished such dizzy heights as Jackson. For me, Michael Jackson prompted me together with his dancing ability and his songs. There is not a track of his that i do not love. I recognize a few of the phrases to his songs, and would watch his dancing for hours on finish. Now i wasn't a few exceptional fan, however i consider he used to be a real idol and that i do not feel the sector will see one of these skillability ever once more. I consider he used to be misunderstood and his quirky (and in many instances a bit off the wall) methods had been taken wholly the unsuitable means by means of the sector. It saddens me that the sector is one of these judgemental and vicious location, and that i desire he would have obvious what number of dependable and loving enthusiasts he had. RIP Michael Jackson.

In my house there are five rules:

1) You must be 16 or over.
2) You must pay for it yourself with money you earned from work, no birthday money or crap like that.
3) You must get it from a licensed artist.
4) You must have a part in designing the tattoo, and hang the finished design you want over your bed (ceiling) for 90 days. If the design changes, the counter re-starts.
5) No tattoos on the neck, below the elbow, or on a place that would be covered by a large-ish bikini, even partially.

There is a reason you need permission at your age. At 15 you can't really make an informed decision and when you err, it will follow you forever.

Have something temporary put on. That way you can change it when you get tired of it, and you can eliminate it completely.

People have been known to get poisoned by the tattoo ink so avoid doing it yourself too.

Be patient. If you're careful you will live to be old enough to make a reasonable choice all by yourself.

I would say hold off if you can. youve probably heard this 100000 times but it is VERY permenant and your parents will be really pissed at you. Keep doing the henna tattoos and stuff they last a while and if when your 18 you still want it go for it!. Im 20 and i got mine when i turned 18 but i had enough time to think about if i really wanted that butterfly on my back!...Just wait it out when you turn 18 almost nothing is denied you and your parents cant say anything your of age!!!!

I don't think any state does tattoos for 15 yr old. I know in a few states you can get a tattoo at age 16 with parental consent. Opt for a piercing, see how the feel about that.
Oh yeah, your homemade tattoo will fade soon, so you may want to do it over again.

I would look at it this way.

Think about what you thought was really cool when you were 12. Probably, it is much different than what you think is cool now.

Three years from now, when you are 18, you will look back at being 15, and think exactly the same thing.

What seems like a cool tattoo now probably won't seem that way just a couple of years in the future.

DO NOT get one without permission. Besides, most places you have to show ID. If you are under age, you must have a parent present at the time. Wait and really think about it for a few years. Make sure you really want to do it.

Yes wait. Trust me wait. You will not feel the same about that tattoo when you are old enough to get one. My best friend ended up with a terrible lady bug lookin thing on her belly that was supposed to be a butterfly. This is one of the few things that can make your 18th birthday memorable.

Fifteen. With a "homemade tattoo". How quaint. By the way. How'd the lobotomy go?

You'll fine the definition of "lobotomy" in any dictionary under the letter "L". Look for the illustration (usually labeled as fig.1) next to the definition (deff-un-ish-shun). Hey! That looks like you! Amazing likeness anyway.

In return, I ask that you please do not name your first child after me. Thanks and always glad to help educate the barbarians.
