Where do you get that info that they can't feel their feet? I've cared for reptiles for probably 15 years and have never heard that before. I'd like to find out where you got that info from. What kind of reptile do you have? Your best bet is probably take it to a good reptile vet. You might be able to treat it with a little neosporin. It wouldn't hurt to just call a vet and ask him about it. How did your reptile get burned in the first place? LOL @ petco taking reptiles to the vet. Don't ask petco or petsmart anything about reptiles. They have no clue.

I'd let the blister go down by itself and keep close observation. If the blister does not go away, puncturing it may be necessary, but best to wait. If you open the wound, it may get infected.

If it does get infected, clean it with iodine or Nolvasan. Then put on some antibacterial cream like Polysporin. Keep it clean and dry.

When you feel you cannot control the wound, seek professional advice.

I would go to the nearest Petco or PetSmart. The employees in the fish and reptile departments can usually tell you what to do - i.e. they have to take sick pets to the vet all the time (including lizards!). They might have some good ideas. Otherwise you might try looking it up in a book about your lizard's species.
