New Rules for world peace & happiness?

Question

What do you think of the following rules in terms of their liklihood to produce world peace & happiness:
1. Everyone has a right to believe in whatever religion or God they want to, but no one has the right to impose their beliefs on anyone else.
2. All politicians caught taking money from lobbyists would go to "real" jail (no golf) for 10 years, and have to bunk with serial killers, rapists, and used car salesmen.
3. For a period of ten years NO media company may write or produce any stories mentioning or implying a connection to Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt (or their kids), or Britney Spears, upon pain of death.
4. No radio station may play any song more than twice a day, and it will be illegal for cable companies to make commercials auotmatically louder than the program you're watching.

What do you think? A good start?

Its a good start, Number one would solve most problems on its own. The rules I would like to add would be;
5. Politics will become open and free for all people to have their say, a true democracy based on the right to attend law making debates to raise and vote on the issues that concern you.
6. Politicians will not be paid, but will only get expenses based on the average wage of a person from the area they represent

Another couple to add.
How about everyone using unconditional love toward each other .
As for religion man not blaming the Lord for mans mix ups and disasters.
Sometimes Jeffy people for whatever their reasons ask questions about "religion" some genuinely want answers but you have some in the back ground who stir things up and that is fine with me it doesn't phase me but it is a little hard being on the net in this type of situation there is no privacy to give the answer.
I usually skip the questions where I know people are stirring the pot.
Taking responsability for ones own life instead of blaming the world for all of their ills.
How about getting back to good old family values and the simplistic life style instead of everything being about money.

possibly the solutions could have been diverse if the word, "the place God rules in individual" were coated. adult adult males won't be able to administration their passions, history proves that conclusively. women are no further perfect. I basically want a international the place Christ is right here and ruling from Jerusalem, a international the place every person has bended their knee in acknowledgment that God is Lord of all advent. i'm shocked particularly at human beings right here no longer needing a international of peace, love, and justice for all.
