Concentrate on chest workout, you'll still workout other muscles as well. Bench, that helped me a lot. Also use the rubber band thing; put it around something at the height of your arm bent at the elbow then pull it towards your chest, repeat the same in 90 deg pattern. It'll give you a nice groove in between the pecks.

Bench press, flyes (machine and free weights) and push-ups are your best bets. With the bench press, you should change up the angle. Do flat bench presses sometimes and incline presses other times. For adding muscle, usually higher weight/lower reps are done. Don't use so much weight that you compromise form. Form is key. If you go to a gym, ask a trainer to spot you to make sure your form is correct.

Here is what my husband does. Get a bench. Exhast muscle everytime lifting weights (this is a key). Count 15~20 until you can't do it. Do this three times a day. Add more weights when you don't feel exhastion.
It works for my husband. I hope it works for you, too.
Keep it up, or you'll lose it quickly.

do barbell and dumbbell variations of the following (except dead lifts).

incline press
flat press
decline press
dead lifts -- focus on form. done correctly these will help tighten your chest while getting your heart and lungs going.

do heavy wt work outs to gain mass. do them slow and deliberate.

about every 3rd work out, do a light wt work out for endurance - light enough to do 15 reps per round (not including the dead lifts).

Doing exercises that work the pectoral muscles will enlarge your chest. Such exercises are push-ups, bench presses, and fly movements.
