CW has ordered 13 episodes. So, there will be at least that many more. Not a full season, but it can be renewed for more at their discretion, seeing how good it does on that network.

No there are going to be no more seasons, i wish there were, I love 7th Heaven. It was decent quality TV that I was not afraid to share with my daughter.
