I seriously hate Bush. He's a blind idiot. He has dug a hole for the greatest country since the USSR and buried it with the US in it.

I cannot comprehend a trillion. Did you know that you could not count to a billion if you started at birth and lived to be 50? And a trillion is 1,000 billion.

About the same as it does to live with Bush in a lower debt. All it takes is one year of going positive to eliminate a lot of that. We've had a huge national debt for a really long time. We all act like its a big deal, but do you really notice it? No, not one bit. During the end of Clinton era it was only 2trillion less than it is now, and it increased 1.6 trillion over his term. So Bush is at 2.2 so far, he's also been trying to defend our country from terrorists, free a country from a proven genocidal maniac.

I love living in the US w/ bush. THe war costs a lot of money but it is helping to pay the price we have to pay for safety and freedom. I seriously hate when people like you give no respect to bush, he is doing everything in his power to keep you safe. Notice that there hasn't been a terrorist attack on US soil since we started the war.

And our country is the greatest country ever the USSR was never better. I don't care about whats on your stupid internet site either. YOu liberals seem to have the motto "If its on the internet it must be true" or "If a famous celebrity said it it must be true" Thats BS

Start thinking for yourself and see all the good in our counrty instead of the negatives. We have a conservative president with a liberal mediia so what you see isn't always true

I have to add: I find it that stupid liberals like "parshooter" aren't smart enough to come up with there own answers. They have to copy and paste from some other internet site. I have seen that response at least 20 times in the past couple of days. To all the people like him, whats on the internet isn't always true. I know that it is complete bS

You are an idiot!!!! How would you like some nut from Al Quaeda to come and and shoot your *** dead because you are an infidel????? Bush is fighting the terrorists on THEIR OWN TURF in order to avoid getting more innocent American civilians killed in another horrible 911 type of terrorist attack.

In war, people die on both sides you IDIOT!!! That means some of US will end up dead for the greater good. The only problem is that nobody likes to see the good guys get killed. How would you like to live in a world that was run by maniac terrorists? Remember a man by the name of Adolf Hitler? He was a terrorist and if we didn't do to war with Germany back then, all non Aryans would be dead. You on the other hand would be shot for being pathetically stupid!!!

NOW GET A LIFE!!!!

The retards that voted for him will find out one day but it will be to late.

This about sums it up:

CONS ARE A SPECIAL PEOPLE

You supported bush, but in time, you will come to
realize how he targeted you for deception.

You were specially picked because of the attributes
you possess: fear, ignorance, arrogance, belligerence,
bigotry, and low self-esteem. Bush's political
strategists calculated that the people most easily
misled and controlled are the ones who fit your
profile, so they crafted their propaganda just for
you.

He got your support by making you feel better about
your personal flaws. He told you to wave the flag
because your bigotry is nothing be ashamed of, and to
thump the bible because your ignorance is a virtue.
You should cherish your hatefulness and
small-mindedness as they are family values. You are
not society's rejects, but rather, you are higher on
the ladder than certain other people. Right-wing radio
points them out so that you know who to hate to feel
better about yourself.

He feeds you crap about "imminent threat",
"patriotism", "spreading freedom", and "flowers and
candy". He's only tossing you a bone because he knows
he's going to be asking you for a hefty sacrifice
soon. He repeats meaningless, mind-numbing platitudes
like "Freedom is not free!" and "We're fighting them
there so we don't have to fight them here!" You fell
for it.

By now, it should be apparent that the invasion of
Iraq was a shameless oil grab. We're there because the
rich, powerful, and greedy of this country, people who
you have nothing to do with, want to control that part
of the world's oil resources for decades to come, and
they're using your tax dollars and your children's
blood to do it. Over a hundred thousand people,
American and Iraqi, are dead because of it, and the
depleted uranium left behind will ensure that tens of
thousands more die afterwards. You call that
liberation? Not even that many people died when Saddam
Hussein tried to grab Kuwait's oil fields years ago.

Yes, you are a special people, cons. You do not
possess patriotism, a love of America, or any of those
high-minded ideals as you would like to believe. You
possess the qualities that allowed bush to hijack your
free will to do his bidding. You were used, and he did
it by playing to the personal shortcomings that most
people try to hide. Like Samuel L. Jackson's character
at the end of the movie Unbreakable, you become aware,
only after the fact, of the disgraceful role that you
were destined to play. You will come to realize that
you are history's bad guy. Like the McCarthyites or
the brownshirts, you will serve both as a symbol of
shame and a warning to future generations. You truly
are a special people.GOD HELP US ALL,AND AMERICA.

It feels like I live in a country full of great people and a strong feeling of patriotism. It feels like a country where, even though you may not agree with your President, you have the ability to voice your opinion on websites such as this. It feels good to know that I can vote in elections like the one I participated in yesterday. It feels like you have forgotten what this country stands for. It feels like you should be proud that you can actually say that you HATE the leader of such a great country..many, many people do not have the ability to say such words. It feels like home and it feels good whether I agree with my leader or not.

It's not $9 trillion that I have to pay back. The share for each US citizen is $28,000. That's bad enough.

Politicians find it easy to spend somebody else's money, and that's what they do.

... I'm pretty sure that the next generation of Americans are just going to enslave the elderly baby boomers and make them work until they pay off their debt...

cosaxteacher... it was near 5 when Clinton started and a little over 5 when he left... if I remember correctly... now it's over 8?

If you look at our 9 trillion in debt, it is MAINLY to countries that we gave money to and then FORGAVE that debt. Why can't THEY do the same?
