How about flushing it down the toilet? Funny question!

personally I use the one that makes it into tiny little cross cut pieces smaller than a pencil eraser.
mine take up to 15 pages at a time..
you put the paper in and let it go, the machine does all the work.
sometimes I put it in a little sideways and then the opposite way on the next sheets of paper to make it even harder to put them together again
and you must let it cool down the proper amount of time for your shredder, and you Must oil it regularly to keep it working smoothly

I like to take all my important papers and burn it when I have a bonfire. Its harder for a info digger to put together ashes! The CSI people can put together your shreds.
Or, shred the paper as usual in the shredder.. then pour something nasty over it - like tunafish oil or juice. OR empty your cat litter box and put your papers in there.

take it ,fold it in half pull the edges toward u .that should do it.
