Bush is pro-Israel because of his religious faith. The bible states that any country against Israel will be judged against. It is as a Christian country that our forfathers who first stepped foot and fought to have freedom from England established. Yes America is a Christian Country and we have a Christian President. He ain't perfect but I'm willing to believe that none of you are as well. Yes he has admitted to having an alcohol problem in the past and yes he may not be the most elloquent speaker, but he is an honest and God fearing and prayerful President and I have to say that he has set the best example of a President that I have seen since Ronald Reagan. As far as the war on Iraq, we do not want another hollicost on our hands and he stepped in and made a stance when not many were willing to. Kudo's to Tony Blair for joining him and all the others. You can sit here and fuss and cry all you want about being over there, but the move he made stopped horrific crimes. If you lived over there under that oppression you would be glad he did what he did. I know from first hand information of an iraq citizen and child living close by who was instrumental in helping the US. soliders and almost cost her child life. He was shot and the US saved him and due to the high risk of killing the both they are now living here and she tells of the ugly details they had to endure and that the people are happy the US stepped in and are happy they are there. So until you have the guts and knowhow to do the job of the Presidency, but a sock in it and just be thankful you live in the United States and you have a president who values human life and freedom.

The USA historically has always been pro-Israel, but Bill Clinton tried very hard for Palestine to be a state, Oslo accords, in 2000 when fighting broke out between Palestinian militants and Israeli forces, GWB just sat back in Crawford TX and let the US get attacked and things have become progressively worse in the Middle East, shame really, if Al Gore who got the most votes had become president, we may have a fairly peaceful and a cleaner world now

Well, I just learned something new...Bush cares about human life. That's good because if he didn't how many more then 100,000 Iraq citizens would be dead by his hand?
