What is safe to take when you kinda feel sickness coming on? Vitamin C?? I'm 10 1/2 wks and think I feel like I might be getting sick......or could I feel like that just because I'm pregnant....by the way I have been taking a daily prenatal vitamin!! Thanks

The doctor told me that the only cold medicine I could take while pregnant was Robitussin...excpet not Robitussin D. I would contact your OB-GYN and ask if you're not sure.

Tons of fluids and lots of rest. I wouldn't take any medications and your prenatal vitamins are probably giving the you RDA of Vitamin C. Your body doesn't store Vitamin C so any extra is just going to be flushed out of your body. Tylenol for aches and pains, even Tylenol Cold was okay when I was pregnant (but only take one or the other, not both at the same time.)

vitamin c of course, check with your doctor, but many people take a zinc suplement daily - its added to the cold eeze brand prodcuts because it may help with lessening the impact the cold has on you or the days you are sick. Just check with your doctor first becuase too much is unhealty and being pregnant, better to be safe. Then stick to comfort foods that wont aggregate your stomach like soup and mashed potatoes, get lots of water!

Vitamin C would be best also drink lots of tea. Green tea the best because the anitoxidants. Second lipton tea, it has it too. Make sure you put honey in it too.

tylonel is about all you can take. stick to tylonol products it is the safest on your stomach
