If I observed that someone was judgemental and I told them, I would not be judging them, only observing their behaviour. I am passively observant. I would not be determining whether they were good/bad, right/wrong, etc.
I enjoy studying human behaviour because I enjoy humans !

If you are not judgemental and discerning you don't make any decisions do you?
The word judgemental is over used almost as a fashion amongst those that don't have a vocabulary. It sounds smart!
Don't worry about it make your judgements to suit you.
Get as much joy out of every day by being creative. You do that by choosing.
