Okay, I know it's the internet, and we don't exactly grade people on their spelling and grammar here, but I think it would reflect better on your character if you took the necessary time to write coherently and clearly in your question. On notation: exponents are usually written using the caret symbol: ^. This can be typed by pressing "shift" and the number 6 on your keyboard (not keypad) simultaneously. For example, the number in your first question is 8.1*10^3. Multiplication is written with an asterisk, as you already did in your question.

Q#1= 8.1-10^3
= 8.1*1000
= 8100
Q#2= 45%
because you have the number after 2 decimals.
Q#3= sorry, iam not sure about this one.
Q#4= 6a^4*3a^2
take common = 3a^2(2a^2-1)
to write 2x power 4 = press "2" then press "X" then hold "shift" and press "6" then press "4" you will see 2x^4 on your screen.
