ummm no. average is 5-7 inches fully erect. 3.5 inches is a bit small, but it's not the size of the boat, it's the motion of the ocean.

Well, I personally think that you shouldn't sleep with a person unless you love the person. I won't ever sleep with a man until I'm married! But if you love the person, then why should you care how big he is- espiecially in comparison to other men!

No it isn't. I know a guy who was 4 inches erect. He was 5'2" and 250 lbs.
