Gandalf states it to the balroq in the Moria escape scene right before he smashes his staff down and the fall into the abyss. Sorry I am a bit of a LOTR fan.

It is from the first Lord of the Rings movie, The Fellowship of the Ring. The brief scene was replayed at the beginning of the second film, The Two Towers, to help explain what happened to Gandalf. Just recently, the adult humor cartoon, Family Guy, had an episode called Petergeist. The whole episode was a spoof of the movie Poltergeist, but it had a spoof of this particular scene from Lord of the Rings. It was funnier than crap.
