I think it is a lovely name. I prefer "Lianna" as the spelling because to me it looks better this way and would have less likely-hood of being mispronounced.

i think liana looks better, but you should choose a spelling based on what pronunciation you want. if you choose lianna, it will rhyme with banana. if you choose liana, people will say the first 'a' with an "ah" sound (couldnt think of a rhyming word). personally i think the pronunciation of liana sounds prettier too :)
either way its a lovely name though. congrats!

Lianna is prettier by itself, but it would be better to see it with the first name.
