if toe is off it can scallop spots around the tire either at the inside edge or the outside edge if shocks/struts are worn it will make the problem alot worse. note if it is an older 5 or 7 series there dog-bone shaped links that control toe especially when cornering. they will cause this complaint when they are worn out.

One of 2 things are wrong here. You either have vry worn shocks or struts, or your rear tires are way out of balance.

its either you brake too hard and skidded a spot..or your rear tires are over inflated and is running the middle of your tires bald
