answer the questions. blueman, don't be unnecessary and extra. you seemed to say alot that had nothing to do with anything. This is a two part question. Either you know, or you don't!

the cache has nothing to do with stale pages! But, what i know it that since it is probably on your computer and the firewall is on your computer then you will have no problem working with your cache!

Two separate issues.

For the first, clear out the cache. If you are using IE, go under Tools --> Internet Options, and click on "Delete Files". Next, click on Settings, and under "Check for newer versions of stored pages", raise it to "check every time you visit the page" if you want to avoid this problem in the future.

For the second, I'm not sure exactly what the problem is being behind a firewall. They're generally a good thing. If you elaborate on your problem, you will probably get more answers. Good luck!
