Neither.
I am not superstitious and don't believe in luck.
When I work hard and do decent things and live life the decent way, it seems like life is good.....when I am lazy and whiny and selfish, it seems as though bad stuff happens.
You make your own so-called "luck".
People need to take responsibility for the stuff that they allow to happen and quit blaming/thanking some weird concept such as luck!

I have found most of the time luck is what you make of it. If you are well prepared, think ahead, try to make informed decisions and think on your feet you'll have good luck most of the time. If you don't you'll know what went wrong and where so you can correct it. If you live in an adhock manner and just take your chances you'll have bad luck.

It all seems to even out in the end, but I would never actually test my luck to see (like at a casino or something) because something tells me that would bring about too much bad luck.

I doubt I'd be able to answer this question directly since I believe any situation can be seen as good or bad; it just depends on how one chooses to perceive it. Perhaps the popular analogy of seeing half a glass of liquid as half full rather than half empty best explains it. Both descriptions of the glass are correct, yet the former explanation is more optimistic since it focuses on what is there rather than that which is lacking.
All this considered, I'd have to say good luck since I tend to look at most otherwise negative experiences as learning lessons or preludes to an eventually positive outcome.

Today's society analyzes all occasions established on well success or unhealthy success. God desires us to grasp that every one matters occur for the well of folks who love him. When one loves God and submits to him, the whole thing that occurs is well. If God willed for that ambulance to run over you, then he had an overly well intent in the back of it. We would possibly not ever understand what that intent used to be; nevertheless, we will believe in God and relaxation confident that it used to be for the fine.
