It depends.... Is she the type of person that likes surprises or not?
A nice light dinner at a restaurant and a couple of drinks to relax both of you would be nice.
But also a nice candle dinner at home with some relaxing music an a nice bottle of wine would do. You need to make it as comfortable as possible.
Don't forget to pick up some red roses.....

Take it slowly and just be loving caring and patient ,if you treat her with respect and are gentle and this is something you both want to do and have thought through it will be special anyway.
