I have installed the Yahoo Toolbar twice but it will not appear anywhere. Do you have any suggestions?

not use it? why do you need to use it? make yahoo your home page

Right click on a black space near where the back button is located at the top of your browser window. You will see a list of installed tool bars. Select Yahoo tool bar.

open a new explorer,
right click somewhere just above the address bar,
now duble check if the Yahoo! toolbar is ticked, as it should be .
