is beauty only skin deep or is it in the eye of the beholder???? i think beauty is from within there are many beautiful people from within!!!!! do u agree or disagree

I believe Beauty comes from three places. First, is the obvious physical beauty like many men see Halle Berry as beautiful. Second, is from within. A person with a beautiful heart, mind and soul can easily enchant many people into seeing them as beautiful. Third, is love. When a person deeply truly loves another, then they most often see that person as being beautiful, whether it's inner or outer beauty or both. Hope that's not too convoluted.

Beauty is both the outside and inside. Although I do have to agree that sometimes male friends that I find attractive my girlfriend does not. So after all it may be in the eye of the beholder...

Beauty is anything pleasant to one or more of the 6 senses. So everyone has a chance to be beautiful in one way or the other.

it's both. if someone is shallow, then only physical beauty matters, and that's what beauty is to them because they are the beholder. i agree with you, by the way. have you seen Shallow Hal? it's a pretty funny movie with one person's interpretation of your question. it stars Jack Black and Gwyneth (sp?) Paltrow.
