Okay, talking evolution, what will be the next race to follow the human race and will we still be here to witness their arrival or will we already be extinct?

Humans are done evolving into new species. (our heads are larger, jaws are getting smaller, and we are getting taller and smarter, thats about it. changes as a species, not into a new species). heres why...

Animals evolve due to natural selection...the animals with bad or poorly adapted genes die and dont preduce offspring. those with good or benificial genes live longer and spread those genes onto future generations.

Humans are too intelligent and will ignore genetic differences. we dont live by survival of the fittest anymore. if it becomes an ice age outside, we will simply put on more clothes, and people with more hair will not be anymore succesful than less hairy people. thus both types of genes will continue to survive, and there will be no change.

If it turns into a tropical rainforest outside, we will wear less clothes, and the less hairy wont be any more succsfull than the more hairy. both genes last, no changes.

evolution only happens when a members of a species get seperated and natural selection act upon both groups untill they can no longer reproduce fertile offspring with the other group. they then become two species.

humans have children with people all over the world all the time, so we will remain one species until that stops, which will never happen. on other planets civilizations will likely arise, and im pretty sure there is some civilizations farther ahead than we are, technologicly. they are probably searching as desperately as we are for other signs of life on other planets. any intelligent creature questions its very existance, and will try to find others like it.

Hmm... I don't accept the theory of evolution. It can't be proven and contradicts some facts we know about how genetic information is transmitted from generation to generation. Supporters of evolution (and I'm referring to scientists now, not to those atheist fanatics who are even worse than religious ones) say it's the best theory they have. The alternative is still Creation, which doesn't sound very scientific, does it?
Humanity as such will disappear together with this world, there will be a new heaven and a new earth, and the dead will come to life with new, changed bodies. The others will be changed to this spiritualized state without dying. Then God will judge who stays with Him and who goes to hell.

There will at some time be an extinction event, like when Yellowstone national park or when a meteorite hits us, this would mean that it would be millions of years before a new 'mankind' would appear like the 65m between dinosaurs and mankind.

This means it could be the rise of the rat or ant,
If dinosaurs became birds then who knows, maybe new life will be created that thrive on Co2.

I think it will be more intelligent humans (it's not like we can get much dumber). I have not done much research on the subject, but very few people have room in their mouths for wisdom teeth thereby making more room for the brain. Either that or at the rate technology is moving forward we will be able to transfer a human consciousness into a computer...effectively shedding our skin, and bodily limits. Imagine being energy, and able to move at near the speed of light. Maybe we will even be able to transfer the consciousness from one machine to another (Borgs). At this rate we could be in New York one minute, and Hong Kong the next.

Thats one question that religion and science cannot answer for us. But I feel that if we don't wipe ourselves out or become extinct due to a natural catastrophe, we will continue to learn how to use more of our brain capacity and subsequently evolve with larger brain cases. But evolution is only something to look back on, there cannot be an accurate guess for the future.

Well for starters, our heads are becoming larger at the top and our jaws are becoming smaller. And we are becoming taller. It's evolution, so evolving means it happens over a period of time. So the change would come gradually and we wouldn't notice too much until there was such a difference.

NONE...

There won't be any kind of race after Humans, because basically we're the last ones.

After that comes (Judgment Day) which we'll all be punished and rewarded. That's unknown when specifically, but it's one day for sure.

lets try another approach. Consider that the solar system as we know it is in fact an atom, making up part of a larger being, the earth iself is simply an electron, we may be part of that electron. Maybe, we are swilling around in this larger beings blood....who is to tell.... think on.

The crowbirds will take over the earth. It is possible that we will witness this, but as human are so egoistic, selfsentered and stupid, it is likely we will not notice it.
It might allready be going on.
