Hitting each other is one way of expressing your feelings but it is often not the best way.
Imagine if everyone in your home follow this rule that if they are unhappy with another person, they should hit the other person, then soon, everyone will be hitting each other and everyone will get hurt. Furthermore, the original problem is still not been solved.
Try to understand what the real problem is and ask your mom or dad how they would react in a similar situation. They can offer you a few alternatives and then you can decide which one is better.
