if you have windows XP, you can select the "view as slide-show" option - 2nd option in the left-hand menu of picture tasks.

Upload all your photos to www.yahoophotos.com and they will enable you to watch slide shows of your pictures. You can also send them to your friends from there.

use power point with a wizard it is very easy.
