He cuts them down and interrupts them constantly. Imo if they didnt need help before his show they sure do after.

Dr. Phil and Jerry Springer are realted..Dr. Phil tells everyone how horrible they are but yet at home his son marries a Hustler and Porn Star. Nice huh? And then he proceeds to tell everyone how proud he is that his son found such a nice girl but god forbid if you are fat. You will be told it is your fault. If you have marital issues you are to blame and then if your kids are out of control the parents are the ones that screwed up. I think it is shows like his that are the problems in our world today. Shame on him for being so shallow.

It's you. Dr. Phil just tells it like it is. The reason these people have problems is because they're idiots, they have low self-esteem or they don't want to face reality. If the people don't want his advice and help, they shouldn't call the show. Dr. Phil doesn't go knocking on their doors. I would yell at them too if I were him. I would get sick of all those idiots.

I agree. I couldn't stand the guy before he became popular. And he has Sally Jesse Rapheal/Oprah Disease in that he talks to his guests but he looks directly into the camera.
If I was on his show (I'd rather be on Springer) I'd have to stop him and say "Excuse me...who the hell are you talking to? I'm over here!"

I used to watch Dr Phil on Oprah. Then when he got his own show he kinda sold out for ratings I think. I dont watch him anymore.
