Probably will not get mildew stains out of colored fabric. Bleach is the recommended product for mildew removal.
You can try washing and hanging in direct sunlight. That may kill the mildew, but in my experience it has not worked for stains.

If you are able to use clorax bleach that sometimes works. Also you could rub a paste made of 20 Mule Team Borax and warm water on the stain and let set an hour, then rinse well with warm water and then wash as usual. Also somethings work with white vinegar on the stain, let set and then wash.

If they are white clothes I have found if you use Clorox clean-up it takes the mildew right out. If they are color clothes I haven't had that problem yet.

Try rubbing in both salt and lime/lemon into the stained area. Not bottled lemon juice though.
