That would come off as gay to the dancer. And I would think it would be gay. How about you just say, good job or something?

Not at all. I'd think that it'd show how a straight guy can be secure with himself and still openly appreciate anothers abilities, even if that other person is a gay male dancer. It's the coolest thing to be able to do that, and I'd have to have the highest of respect for that guy.

no, not particularly. That would be like it being straight if I gave a dollar tip to a female dancer who danced well in a club I was visiting with straight friends. I would do it because it was appropriate, I wouldn't give it a second thought and I sure as HELL would not want to be thought of as straight. So I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Considering I have several straight guy friends who will go out with a group of us to a gay club, I'd say no, it's not gay for you to tip the dancer for doing his job well. Just shows you appreciate his talent.

Do you mean gay as in homosexual, or gay as in lame? I would say maybe both, but definitely the latter. What straight guy truly appreciates another male dancing well enough to want to tip him?

No...why do you have to put everything as 'Gay' or "Straight"??? If you were at a strip club with your bf, would you tip a female dancer? I certainly would, and I am gay...this is not a gay or straight thing, it is just fun. Get on with your life and stop putting everything in such black and white perspective.
