Power is a huge aphrodisiac to a lot of women (unfortunately). So, regardless of how ugly/stupid/ignorant these powerful politicians are, there will be a string of women throwing themselves at them which, of course, they cannot resist!!!

No, just the ones the press picks on the most.

The most notorious is Wilt Chamberlain, who did more woman in a week than Billy Bob Clinton did in his life time. Plus every member of congress while he was at it. Rock stars are not shabby at it either.

Any position that attracts groupies is a problem. And that would be any male famous enough for a bubble headed chick (And I am by no means saying every, or even most woman are), would go, wow, I can screw thus and so...

On the whole, politicians just aren't that high on the "wow!" meter.

We just get annoyed at them faster for it.

Mick Jagger... Why would anybody want to screw him? You just don't get much uglier than that...

Little confession- I illicitly hooked up with a fellow who was (at the time) a lowly law student and political intern. He's probably running for something by now, but back then I know that he was very polite, smart, and capable of acting like he cared about anything you said. Great traits for a guy, but think about it- they're also traits that get a man elected. Everyone I knew (male and female) felt that he was deeply engaged in anything they cared about. Hell- maybe it was all an act. I later found out just how many other girls he had. I never suspected. I always thought that politicians were sleezy and that the girls who they slept with were power-hungry or dumb, but having been there, I think it's largely the carisma that both gets them elected and gets them laid. That's why JFK and Jackie were such a great couple- they're both hopelessly appealing.

What a chauvenist comment. There are women who are politicians. And furthermore I would actually say that no MEN are the most notorious womanisers. What would make them more like this than another man? Men from very chavenist and patriarchical countries womanise more than men from more liberal countries where there is at least a discussion about equality.

I do not completely understand your question, but given the evident simplicity of politicians, I would say they are woman-denigraters or whatev.
I think if anyone could understand something, they'd want to be it. Which is not to say that you understand everything you want to be. But what I'm trying to get at here is politicians are far from wanting to be women and definitely far from understanding them. The very suit that envelops the president, his very haircut, his very voice talking to the American losers who still care to listen to him, are an unconscious statement that seeks to imply women will never take on the power.
Come back from the other side, Cleopatra!! (Migration wouldn't let her cross the Atlantic)
P.S.- Women who are into politics make the self statement by lacking real power which is so easily attainable by men...
I think if women oughtta be consistent: Either they take on real power or stop making pointless marchs and everything.

no.. i think they believe it...and the women or men seeking money and fame.. feed their ego. i dont even think they enjoy these people in bed..or in general. a womanizer.. doesnt have to try... a real womanizer. has that look... that smile... something about the body language. i think politicians are notorious dogs.. not all but most. i think some ministers..get more women chasing them..than politicians.. or physcians. whether or not they run.. i dont know.

Politicians are in the news constantly and they live very public lives. Politicians are supposed to be the role models for us. So when they morally fail they really make the headlines for all to see. No, they are not the most nortorious womanizers but it is easier to see their failures.

Yes, they are the most notorious, since they are:

Known widely and usually unfavorably; infamous

Politicians, when they are womanizers, get found out, and held as bad. Sports figures, and rock stars, when found out, get touted as successful.

No, I think they are being watched a lot. The world is full of womanizers, politicians are just good liars.

politicians are the biggest manipulator's of the truth and will do whatever it takes to attain and then remain in power and womanizing is a big part of it after all women are half the world.
