It should require a flat blade jeweler's screw driver! That is a very small flat blade like is used in eyeglass kits.Try this web page:

I would go at least eight ounces and put in plenty of vodka. That way when you are jamming a giant standard head into a little philliips screw and you get shocked, you won't feel it that much.

how 'bout looking at the screw! If that doesn't work then let your local neighborhood 4 yr old do it for you. he/she can figure it out
