Capital Punishment has proven to be NO deterent in crime involving murder.
A Prius after a 5-year ownership when compared to a typical ecomony car saves about...$45.00, so you "saved" about 2 cents a day. Makes sense, huh?

ummm.... Capitol Punishment doesnt deter crime, but seeing as it costs $40,000.00 a year to house the inmates, the Capitol Punishment is a far cheaper alternative, which means the prisons wouldnt need as much money, so our taxes may go down...an interesting perspective. but how would it feel good? and what does an economy car have to do with Capitol Punishment?
