A man is sitting on a toilet in a public restroom, defecating. When he is finished, he reaches over to grab some toilet paper and sees that instead of a roll of toilet paper, there is an odd contraption consisting of a pair of large red, plastic lips with a set of instructions.

The instructions reads: "Wipe anus with hands. When you have cleared all feces from anus, press button. Lips will open, then place hands in machine, and warm lips will clean them."

So the man does exactly this. He wipes his @ss with his hands and then presses the button, and places them between the red plastic lips. As soon as he does this, the lips smash down on his fingers, painfully.

Feeling the pain, he yanks out his hand and sticks it in his mouth.

The romans used to use a piece of cloth on a stick!!

During the war people used book leafs or newspaper. It was an evening chore for the children, to take the newspaper and tear it into usable sized squares which were hung in the outhouse using string and a nail!!

Newspaper, leaves, hands, cloth, whatever. Just a thought, why did you think of that, are you out of toilet paper and looking for an option?

Go to an Islamic country in The Middle East and you will see brown streaks on the insides of the toilet stalls where people wipe their *** with their bare left hand and smear it on the wall to clean it off. This is why eating out of a communal dish of food with your left hand is a major faux pas.

Ask anyone in the middle east. They still use no toilet paper. Just their hands and a water hose.

if you lived in the hills and had an outhouse, the sears and roebuck book was our solution to that problem, after you finished reading that page.

you just did not want to be there too long, as the flies were not nice. those little buzzers. you definitely did not want to go in the winter time. burrrrrrr!

like did you run out of paper and made you think of this question, have fun with this.
