That situation wouldn't make me feel any different than I do now. I have a good job and I am able to take care of my kids myself. If I don't get married, it won't be the end of my world. People can be too dependent on each other.

you must be having female drama, or baby mama drama. Right? If no men wanted to get married ever again that would be horribly sad. If child support ended , well lets just say if all these dead beat daddies and mothers would happily take care of there responsibilities (children) maybe there wouldn't be a need for "child support"

I will make me feel the same way I feel now. Independant! Cause since my teen years I never wanted 2 get married I just wanted a bf, and 1 child. My child is 6, and I never asked her father for one dime in her life, he hates that but he'll get over it. I see it like don't have a child/children if your not capable of takin care of it on your own cause u don't know what might happen in the future

I think women are a lot more empowered to continue on without emotional and financial support as they were several years ago. The reason for marriage is to guarantee heirs and bloodlines and to constitute a family. There have been studies done that would suggest that men are actually higher proponents of marriage than women, but I think that has to do with the equalization of employment.
Simply said, women don't need triflin' a$$holes who just want to f**k and not take responsibility for it.

Since I'm not married and hope to never, ever have any children (especially the kind of which I would recieve child-support for) I dont' really think it would make me feel any different than I do right now.

Well it would stop all the women using men to have babies just to get child support, then leave him and get pregnant by someone else and do the same thing to that man and so on. it would not bother me at all

It would not matter to me. You don't need a husband or a child to be a real woman. We have our careers, family, and if you know anyone like me, I support my own child by damn self and do a damn good job if I must say so myself. A real woman is not dependant on any man.

If I was dating a man who decided he didn't want to get marred after we had talked about getting marred i would feel very hurt and that i was no good,as far a child support I feel that it should be paid no matter if it is the man or women who has to pay it , the child didn't ask to be born they are the one who gets hurt

married that more men out there for me child suppot i dont have any children but men are suppose to take care of their children not just the women start taking responsibility because money isnt all love places an important part

No different then it is now. Get my sh** together and go for mines. Ain't no man gotta be around for me too do what I got to for my kids and myself. Why get married to end in divorce and be raising kids alone anyway that's wasting money, time and emotions on someone you know you don't love or want to be around.
It wouldn't change me as a women just make me hungrier and stronger
