The defense contractors who sup on American tax revenue will be handsomely paid forearming the new American empire. The corporations that own the news media will sell this eternal war at a profit, as viewership goes through the stratosphere when there is combat to be shown. Those within the administration who believe that the defense of Israel is contingent upon laying waste to every possible aggressor in the region will have their dreams fulfilled. The PNAC men who wish for a global Pax Americana at gunpoint will see their plans unfold. Through it all, the bankrollers from the WTO and the IMF will be able to dictate financial terms to the entire planet.

Using all of the dirty tactics of Karl Rove, Bush still barely got into office for his first term. After that, his popularity went down even further. If you remember, Saturday Night Live used to make fun of his stupidity every weekend. The only thing that could have got him re-elected was a prolonged war. The Iraqis had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks, but Karl Rove saw an opportunity to use 9/11 to start a war with Iraq and get president Bush re-elected. He was video taped selling the 9/11 attacks as such a vehicle to the Republican National Committee. Our sons and daughters, friends and neighbors are dying in a war that cannot be won against an enemy that was no threat to the United States. The only people who have benefited from this war are the military contractors and those involved in Bush's re-election campaign.

The people of the United States enjoy more freedoms than any other country in the world. In order for this wonderful freedom to continue we must defend on our shores and the shores of other countries around the world. These other countries also enjoy some freedoms that they also would like to continue to have. Then we have other countries that are out to destroy what the United Stated stands for. This freedom is so important to many people that they join the military to confront those governments that hate the United States. United we stand divided we fall. God bless America.

The United States felt responsible to act/retaliate against those that would attack it, they were lied to by intelligence (though some of it was true), a bad man was removed from power, it is a strategic area, they needed to show that they will not tolerate terrorism, they were dammed if they did and dammed if they didn't. Was it a mistake? Only history will tell. I'm interested in what you think and why?

Our rpesident is stupid. He wants all countries to be like America. If there's a country in war with another.. Ohh, let's get into their buisiness and join one side why don't we?

Bush is dumb. His goal is to make all countries like ours. Though I think the world would be awesome if it was all like the United States.. It can't happen. People have different cultures and political beliefs. Even though the majority of people in this world and in 3rd world countries, they love it, and Bush needs to quit trying to act like he's God. He only has made things worse.
