Start asking your girl how she feels about women in a sexual way. See if you can get her to admit that she's attracted to women a little bit, and start talking about fantasies. It'll be alot more fun for you and her if you're both into the third, as opposed to it being just you wanting to see two naked women. If you have a specific girl in mind for the third it may actually TAKE more time because then you have to convince two women to share one man; not an easy task unless they're both bisexual. If you don't know of anyone specific, you may actually need to troll a gay club, or a club that has a gay-themed night, to find a girl that's willing.
Another option is to explore the swingers websites according to where you live, but iI think most of these cost a few dollars for full access.

You have to have a girlfriend who is genuinely bisexual and who will enjoy playing with another girl as much as you will. If you try to force the issue with a straight girl, you'll regret it.
