there is this story about some person who did a spell to become a mountian lion because they had the same problem like you they did not want to share the earth and they thought it was all about them so at the right time they got changed into a mountian lion because they kept coming in there garden then that person was hanging out with all the other animals when they became a mountian lion so they could catch the other mountian lion and says to the others why does that human keep coming into our garden ? so here is a suggestion you start making areas in your yard you dont mow and find out what the rabbit likes to eat and you plant some of those plants for the other animals and soon you will find they dont fill up on your special garden you can provide fresh water for them to but scrub the big dish out once in a while to stop the mosquito larve they wont stop hatching if you just dump the dish oh yea you can take two cut logs and put 4 logs across the top smaller ones and the rabbit will have a little shelter and stop pulling up the habitat in your yard and spraying chemicals your poisioning the grand children use mulch and you will save water and leave alone what whom ever you chose to call god planted please

Mix white vinegar, cyenne pepper and water in a spray bottle, and spray the leaves of what ever he has an appitite for. He will either stay away from them, or if he is from hispanic rabbit decent
he may devour the entire garden. In that case, shoot him.

Get an animal trap - live animal one painless at Peavey Mart. Then take out to the country near a large market garden. He'd probably stay there.

In addition to the suggestions above for repellants, your local home improvement center (Home Depot, Lowe's, garden center, etc.) generally carry repellants you can use around gardens to keep rabbits, and some other critters, away.

get some dried blood meal and sprinkle it around the outside edge of your garden, rabbits don't like the smell. Also marigolds work well also.

Get a friend to shoot it(12 gauge) . No guilt(U didn't pull the trigger)

Or if you really don't want any shooting. Slice it's neck with a butcher knife then stew it with some carrots and potatoes.

Or break it's neck,poison it,burn it,knock it out,run it over,kick it, electricute it,make a barbwire fence,beat it with a bat.............. there are many ways

Buy a humane trap, and transport the rabbit to another location. Here is a link, they appear to be $35 dollars and can ship in 24 hours:

There is a product called liquid fence that you can spray to keep them away, moth balls will also work, but when it is hot and humid you can't stand to be around them! So I would opt for the liquid fence. You can also mix cyaenne pepper with water and spray the plants.
