all of them contain either 2 or 3 consecutive alphabets.
fee, feed & fed, Noon & Moon can be obtained by just changing one letter from the other word.

They are all spelled with a 2 or 3 letter alphabetical sequence (cab = abc, moon = mno)

1) each word is composed of letters which are next to its neighbour in the alphabet.
