I work with this girl and she says she hates me. but then her actions differ from time to time. I'm getting confused. what should I do?

Well, she is just been friendly. Albeit a little flirtatious.
But did you say you guys work together??

What are your company's policies on Sexual Harrasments??
What are your company's Standard of Business Conduct??
You will need to know them, and will need to be careful when having a relationship at your place of work.
If she is been friendly, that does not mean she is falling in love with you!!
You may ask her when you guys meet out or something. But I would suggest you go slow and thread carefully. She can sue you for sexual harrasment if you push it too much or if she gets tired of you. If that happens, then you will have to pay through your nose for that, and she can retire rich!!
Ask her out, something like a group picnic or something, then get to know her a little more better ( coz the way you presented things you know naught about her ) And then when you think you CAN predict her thoughts and reason her actions, then pop the question. BUT ALWAYS BE PROFESSIONAL AT YOUR WORK PLACE. Come on, you are working to earn your living, to butter your bread... And is not a place to hunt for love!!
Also I believe that when you begin to spend a considerable amount of time with eachother 5 days a week, it is easy to warm up to people and this can be wrongly interpretted as LOVE.
Dont make that mistake.

this always works for me and the cool thing is that you will definitely know if she likes you. first you just go up to her and stick your tongue down her throat and then you stick your hand deep into her crotch. This NEVER fails I got 20 girl friends from this very move!

find a girl you don't work with. all hell is going to break loose if you date her and it doesn't work out. every day you'll have to come to work and see her. it won't be a pretty picture.

small talk make friends with it. it will help. ask her out for coffee after you know her better. maybe she likes you and doesnt know how to tell you so shes a lil man ( sounds wierd i know) but theres this guy i like and hes like that to me and im like that to him. so just try talkin to her when you see her.
