panic!at the disco is way better. you have to see the music video for "but it's better when we do" you can only see it on this one website but it's really good. i just hope they don't sell out. they're already getting popular with the people who just like whatever's on the radio. i hate those people. grrr. Green Day is good but Panic!at the disco is really good.

quality wise, Green Day. they are much more popular, older, have sold more albums, and have a bigger fan base.
I am personally a fan of both, but perfer green day
its a matter of opinion..
panic! is so new, not many people have heard there music
